the lighting box

The project is the renovation of an existing building housing the showroom of a company with decades of experience in lighting. Re-cladding the outer envelope with translucent and glass materials lets the architecture express what Oryon has been selling for years: light. U-glass channels form a new rhythmic façade made of prefabricated elements. The building itself becomes a lamp – a large-scale quotation of what it holds inside.
